1.2 Pakistani Mobile Verification Protocol: Due to prevailing logistical conditions and high rates of non-delivery for remote parcels, Femswear operates a mandatory confirmation safeguard for all Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions. First-time buyers will receive an automated one-time SMS verification passcode or a brief, respectful confirmation call from our all-female dispatch desk prior to parcel induction.

Active Cellular Number Obligation
Orders with invalid Pakistani cellular numbers (+92 3XX XXXXXXX) or numbers that repeatedly fail confirmation contact after three attempts within 36 hours are systematically cancelled to prevent logistic wastage.

2.2 The "Sealed Handover" Principle: In accordance with courier operational regulations across Pakistan, third-party dispatch riders are not permitted to open, allow unboxing, or unseal confidential security cartons prior to collecting the full cash amount printed on the consignee label.
Why Courier Riders Cannot Open Packages First:
This rule safeguards your modesty and prevents intimate apparel from being handled in public driveways or exposed to courier personnel. Your right to inspect, examine the cotton/silk weave, and request a doorstep size swap remains fully protected directly by Femswear within 30 days after payment.
2.3 Encrypted Cashless Alternatives: Clients seeking touchless delivery may settle their invoice prior to dispatch via:

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
